Water Restrictions from
Pasco County SWFTMD
Effective April 3, 2026, Pasco and all surrounding counties were elevated to a Phase III drought restriction.
The Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) has officially extended the Phase III water restrictions through October 1.
As a reminder, these regulations strictly limit the operation of aesthetic fountains to a maximum of four (4) hours per day. The fountains in Gulf Trace will operate between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM to take advantage of the lights.

New Sentry ClickPay Fee
From Sentry Management:
“The ACH fee of $2.95 is being imposed by ClickPay, not Sentry, starting on June 1st. We are shocked as you are hearing this unfortunate news. We know this could affect most people.
We recommend using your bank “Bill Pay” service to avoid this expense, which we do have many homeowners using this method to pay and did not sign up ClickPay. Please note ClickPay is an optional service.”
How can you pay your dues without the ClickPay fee? Sentry has 6 different payment methods outlined in their 6 Easy Ways to Pay document, which you can find on the Management Contact page.
The first three methods listed are all administered by ClickPay, so the $2.95 fee will apply to them.
The last three methods, listed below, do not incur the ClickPay fee and are free. Note that your individual financial institution may charge a fee for bill pay, though most banks and credit unions do not charge for that service. Check with your individual bank if you choose this method.
Mail: If you prefer to Pay by Mail, mail your check to our Payment Processing Center at PO Box 30437, Tampa, FL 33630. Please include your coupon to ensure accurate application. If you cannot find your coupons, you may order replacements online at www.sentrymgt.com.
Bill Pay: You can send payment using your own bank bill pay service. Gulf Trace HOA needs to be identified as the payee. Please be sure to indicate your 16-digit account number. Send it to our Payment Processing Center at PO Box 30437, Tampa, FL 33630.
In Person: If you prefer to pay in person, you can visit your local Sentry Management office. Checks are the only payment method accepted in person. The local Sentry office is at:
